Meet Rocio, chef and owner behind Rocio’s Cakes & Pastries. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Rocio grew up surrounded by the traditions that continue to inspire her baking today. Each cake is handcrafted from scratch, bringing authentic Dominican flavor to life in desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
